Marble
Marble is softer and more porous than other stones, requiring gentle maintenance.
Always use a pH-neutral cleaner and avoid vinegar, lemon, or acidic products, which can cause etching. Blot spills immediately—especially wine, coffee, and citrus. Reseal every 6–12 months.
Polished Finish: Shows etches more easily—use coasters and soft cloths.
Honed Finish: Hides etching better but is more absorbent; keep sealed.
Leathered Finish: Clean with a damp microfiber cloth and reseal periodically.
