Our History.

Hector began working in the stone industry while in high school and eventually joined one of Texas’ largest and leading stone fabricators, where he discovered his passion for the craft. With over 20 years of industry experience, he founded Unique Countertops after the 2008 recession forced his previous company to close. Starting with a classic 1960 bridge saw and hand fabrication, he grew the company through dedication and skill to proudly serve the Central Texas community.

Today, Unique Countertops is a full-service fabrication shop, combining time-honored craftsmanship with advanced technology. Utilizing the latest equipment, we deliver precision down to 1/16th of an inch, ensuring unmatched accuracy and detail in every project. Together with partner Yuri, Hector continues to bring clients’ visions to life with quality, care, and expertise.
